During peak wedding season (May-September), we recommend scheduling consultations 2-3 months in advance. Rush orders may be accommodated with 48-hour notice, subject to flower availability.
For weddings, large events, or complex design projects, we offer extended consultation hours including evenings and Sundays by appointment. These sessions typically last 60-90 minutes and include venue visits, detailed design development, and proposal creation. We can also conduct consultations via video call for out-of-town clients or those with scheduling constraints. Initial consultations are complimentary for events with budgets over $1,500; smaller projects include a consultation fee that applies toward your final order.
